La cosa es la siguiente:
Compre una tarjeta Winfast TV 2000 XP RM y me funcionaba muy bien, detectaba tados los canales y se veian bastante bien.
Pues quise probar una programa sintonizador llamado K!TV, este me pedia que configurar la impresora, en concreto me pedia un nombre de sintonizador que daba valores de frecuencia que usa este. La cosa es que por defecto estaba manual y unos valores que yo no se cuales eran. La cosa es que le movi y se desconfiguro.
Cuando volvi al software original de la tarjeta ya no se veian todos los canales y la calidad visual de estos daba que desear. Por ahi averigue que le quedaria bien el sintetizador Philips Pal-BG (Fl1216 y compatibles). Con este se ven algunos canales , pero tambien con calidad baja, con algo de interferencia. Esto es algo porque con otros nomas no se ve ningun canal.

Alguien sabe que datos tendria que ponerle para que se viera bien , ya busque por "Tuner Receiving Frequency" de winfast en internet y no he encontrado nada. Esto es lo que me pide saber:

VHF- High: ? ID: ?

Esta es la descripcion que me dan:

VHF-Low
The first value is a threshold. When the input frequency (in MHz) is under this value, the tuner is initialized with the ID of the second field. The ID is a value between 0 and 255.
This ID forces the interface to use the selected frequency range.

VHF-High
The first value is a threshold. When the input frequency (in MHz) is under this value, the tuner is initialized with the ID of the second field. The ID is a value between 0 and 255.
This ID forces the interface to use the selected frequency range.

UHF
When none of the two first conditions is satisfied, the interface is initialized with this ID. The ID is a value between 0 and 255.

Configuration byte
This byte indicates to the I2C bus that the configuration of the interface must be changed. (That seems exact when the visual "noise" structure changes during a frequency scan).
This byte is a value between 0 and 255.

I2C-Bus address
This byte is the I2C bus address. The possible values are between 0xc0 and 0xce (192-206). K!TV determines it automatically.

Offset Frequency
Firstly the value (in MHz) is compared to VHF-Low, VHF-High or UHF then to the appropriated ID value which has been determined. Finally this offset will be added to the frequency. The accepted values must be between 0 and 65535.

bueno al final esto fue lo que hice: resetee la tarjeta.... ¿como? ...... la quite y la volvi a poner
