I have a tv card that i think is called pixelview playtv pro 2 (or something similar) ...
i usually dont have problems, but this this thing does annoy me.
When i play Playstation 1 games through a Playstation 2 (cant test if this happens with a PS1 too) on KTV the picture is always shifted to the bottom and jitters/bobs. this only happens in KTV (As far as i know), because in my other program (honestech TVR) the image displays correctly...
also this only happens with playstation 1 games. Playstation 2, Wii and Gamecube games all display correctly.
it happens using both composite and s-video connections.
this is how it looks (part of the top is all black, while it cuts off the same amount of the bottom)
btw. all consoles are PAL and i have made all kinds of PAL channels
any idea what it could be? |

Did you try to "deinterlace" the video ? |

deinterlacing isnt the problem, by using ktv i usually use the "Video (Greedy, High Motion)" filter
or is there something else im not doing that i should? (i know the picture is blurry and all, but it doesnt look much like that when im playing with KTV |

With which version of K!TV ?
Did you try "la beta du moment" ?
Is it the same in PAL 60 ? |

interesting, the image displays correctly with DScaler over s-video and PAL-BDGHI.
im using K!TV 2.3.0.1
In ktv beta 2.4 it has the same problem as with the KTV i use.
with PAL60 the image is still shifted to the bottom but now the picture is just like when i use PAL60 on a game that isnt using 60hz |

Hi,
I confirm this problem.
I am using the PS2 connected to the S Video port of my TV Card (PCTV Rave), and K!TV2.4.0.2.
Everything is ok when playing PS2 game CDs, the problem comes only with PS1 games...
