Mauvaise qualité d'image?

Bon d'accord le SP2 est lourd et ceux qui ont un cd d'XP avec le SP1 voudraient bien faire un cd d'instalation d'XP avec le SP2 intégré.

nLite, bien qu'en anglais, est simple à utiliser il suffit de copier le contenu du cd d'XP dans un répertoire puis de lancer nLite et de lui indiquer le chemin du SP2.

En un clic il vous créera une image ISO de votre futur CD.

Si vous vouler alléger XP il suffit de choisir ce que l'on souhaite supprimer dans le CD.

c'est pas pour t'embêter tottor .... mais développé en C# (.NET) il vous faut donc le Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 pour l'utiliser cheese

After longest delay so far, here it is...worked very hard on it, even finished some of your requests.
Be sure to note page selection where now you can select for example only Component Removal and that's all you'll see and process, this will be very helpful page for those who thinks that nlite is not lite.
Try it and report any bugs or annoyances if found, also a good suggestion is always welcome.

Nouvelle version : 0.99.1 beta2

L'interface a été revue et il y a plein de nouveautés dont la possibilité d'intègrer des hotfixes... Et il est vraiment dispo en français (plus qq autres langues).

This release is ment to provide you with more stable version, there is not much "new" in it for those who didn't had any problems, but for those with Windows 2000 issues this one will be worthy.
Windows 2003 issues probably are not yet solved because I still don't have a copy of them to test and correct it.
There are qute a few languages added in this one.

Printer problem

It seems that removing "Performance Logs and Alers" is disabling printer support.
I don't have a printer so i didn't noticed that one...all is working here.
So if you are using a printer...beware.
This was due to some more files added to that service removal as i regulary do if some leftover is found...but in this case it would have been better if it was left there.
It's best not to remove this component until next version.

The problem was with the 16-bit support removal...figures.
Gonna spend some more time on that component before adding it to next release, so far it's disabled.

Redownload 0.99.1...you will recognize it by a version name 0.99.1 beta2.
No reason to update your websites, leave the same link.

Finally fixed Windows 2003 compatibility, so now again it works with XP, 2k and 2k3 but now I finally discovered what was wrong with the Home Edition...it's the Administrator account, somehow it remains named "Owner".
So if you want to use this version on XP-Home Edition then just have in mind to logon with "Owner" and not "Administrator".
That's it, if you find any other bug report it after you made sure it's caused by nLite. Have fun.

With the little help from Johannes Hahn with his testing I managed to "fix" the problem even though it never bugged me.
Main link stays the same, and the changes are:

#0.99.4 beta 2
- cab extraction sweep for missing files suspended
(caused driver extraction hanging for some)
- new japanese and german translations

It seems that some people have a big problem with the new version, it stops at extracting cabs.
This is very unexpected because I tested it on various versions and never stumbled on such a problem.
So until i reproduce and fix it don't select any driver for removal or use previous version.
Thank you all who reported it so fast.

Due to some annoyances and bugs, mainly in Tweaks deployment, here is one release mainly filled with fixes.
There might still be some bugs or even a new ones so use with caution.
Rembember that you can always try older version 0.99.4b2.

While browsing around i see that many of you are waiting for nLite to exit beta phase.
I totaly forgot on that "beta" addition.
Well OK, i think now it has enough features and it's time to deal with fixes for some time.
It's not easy to restrain myself from new features triste

Gonna dedicate my free time into fixing reported issues and if lucky have it stable for 1.0 name soon.
However betas will continue after and those who want will always be able to download latest version with some extra additions for testing.
